ABOUT THE LOCATION
Located at 8980 N. 90th Street, just off Loop 101 and Via Linda, The Edge brings De Babel closer to guests living and working in this part of Scottsdale. Surrounded by residential, healthcare, business, and retail destinations, it complements our Pima Road location while making De Babel more accessible across the city.
The space
At approximately 2,600 square feet, The Edge offers a larger dining environment with outdoor patio seating and a dedicated beverage counter featuring six organic beverages on tap.
A more developed kitchen and operational layout supports higher volume while maintaining De Babel's made-to-order approach. Contemporary design elements bring a refined evolution to the De Babel setting while retaining its warmth and character
De Babel Retail Market
The Edge also introduces a dedicated retail market, bringing part of the De Babel experience home.
The selection includes Halal and Pereg Kosher products, Middle Eastern spices and pantry essentials, specialty cheeses from Cyprus and Lebanon, authentic Dubai chocolate, and other carefully selected regional products.
More than a retail display, it is an extension of De Babel's food identity, giving guests access to ingredients, flavors, and products connected to the cultures represented at the restaurant.
